The room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the harbor. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and public transport for exploring the city. The layout of the breakfast area was quite chaotic, making it hard to find a seat during peak hours. Wi-Fi was unreliable, and it lacked work-friendly spaces, limiting productivity. The absence of a late bar after returning from events was a missed opportunity to relax.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is in a fantastic spot, just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed visiting nearby beaches and checking out local restaurants. Expect spacious rooms and a nice view. The breakfast spread was decent, though it could use some improvement.

We faced an issue with the bathroom not being updated, which led to water leaking and creating a mess. Definitely needs attention.

The view from our 23rd-floor room was lovely as we watched the sunset over the ocean each evening. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, even helping us with dining recommendations nearby.

We encountered a series of issues starting from our first room, which had water damage and a moldy smell. After moving to a second room, the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the staff's attempt to fix it resulted in further damage. The third room also had problems with the balcony door, leaving us frustrated and unwilling to relocate again during our stay.

The location provided easy access to the beautiful las canteras beach, which we enjoyed daily. The sea view from our room was impressive, adding a lovely ambiance to our stay.

I loved that the hotel is just a few steps from Playa Las Canteras and an easy walk to the Elder Museum of Science and Technology, making it perfect for my weekend strolls, and I also enjoyed the beautiful balcony view from my room that added a lovely touch to my stay.

I loved the huge TV and the breathtaking views from the room's balcony! The rooftop pool was a nice touch, although small. The breakfast was a bit chaotic but still satisfying.
